This morning we had planned to cut Ben’s hair, call it a ‘hot weather’ cut…in preparation for the Fiji temperatures of +30 degrees each day! The only problem was that as it had got SO long in New Zealand’s winter, our travel clippers wouldn’t go through it…so out he went in search of a good barber.
When he arrived back it seemed very short, call it American Military style!
We then spent the afternoon on the internet booking the rest of our trip. This took 5 hours in total, a couple of phone calls to the U.S and a block on Nicola’s credit card (due to multiple flight bookings!).
So, we go to bed this evening having booked 4 internal U.S flights and 5 U.S hostels, phew!
