Today, we will prove that time travel is possible!
We start the day at our hotel in Nadi, having a lazy breakfast and reading by the pool.
A quick bite for lunch at a local restaurant and we are back in the room chilling out before starting our long overnight journey.
We catch a ride to Nadi International Airport at 5:30pm and check in for our flight to the US. Spoilt for choice with souvenir shops we have a good look around and pick up some last minute bits – Ben a Fijian rugby league shirt, and Nicola a mini Fijian guitar, and a bracelet!
After going through the extra security checks for our flight we board the Air Pacific plane and get comfy for the first leg of our journey, first stop Samoa.
